The first one is on us

This is the opening bazaar, and we're building the roster by hand. No booth fee, no cut of your sales, and no AI touching any part of it. If you're in, you're in from the beginning.

A small room, on purpose

This is the first bazaar we've run, and every application is read by a person and decided case by case. We're leaning toward work that suits D&D and tabletop tables for this first one, but we're open to any art, digital or physical.

Free means free. There's no booth fee, no listing fee, and we take no percentage of what you sell. Whatever a buyer pays you is yours.

Traffic is expected to peak between 5pm and 9pm EST. You don't have to sit at your booth all day, but that's the stretch worth being around for.

If you've vended through art Discords, you know the bot problem - the scrapers, the spam in your inbox, the accounts that join to harvest a member list. Selling here requires a real digital presence we can look at, and a human reads every application before anyone gets in.

Where we stand on AI

There is no AI in this bazaar. Not in the listings, not in browsing, not in messaging, not in the sale. It is a room where people sell to people, built for the social side of the platform.

Elsewhere on Kinspire, AI features do exist, and they are narrower than the phrase suggests. The tool reads what a player types during a game session and decides which table or rule applies to it. It generates no art and no writing, and it runs in play only. Every AI feature is optional, and none of them use an artist's work without that artist's consent and a contract that says so in writing.

Those limits are set by working artists - people who pay rent from their own art, and whose work tends to get taken first and asked about never. That perspective is the whole reason the lines sit where they do.

And the honest part: our reach has edges. We can't undo what other companies trained on, and anything we post to a social platform falls under that platform's terms, not ours. What we can control is what we build, what we agree to, and what we refuse - and we've pushed those as far as they go.

Vendor application

Fields marked with a red dot are the ones we need. Everything else is optional - skip what doesn't apply to you. Applications close September 30.

Who you are

What you'd like to be listed as, if it's different from the name above.
If you trade under a business name.

How to reach you

Both is best. We use email for the paperwork and text for anything time-sensitive on the day.

Optional. We'd only text you about the bazaar, and only if you list one.
Best way to reach you

Where your work lives

Start with wherever we can best see the work you'd be selling. Add as many as you like.
So we can build a varied roster instead of six booths of the same thing. Pick the closest fit - anything that isn't here goes in the last box.

A few last things

May we show your work when we promote this bazaar? Only to advertise your presence at the October 2 event - the vendor lineup and announcement posts, credited and linked to you. Not for other events, not for platform marketing, and never as material for any AI system. A no here has no effect on your application.
Is any work you'd sell made with generative AI? We ask everyone. An honest answer here won't disqualify you on its own - an inaccurate one will.
Questions, access needs, scheduling constraints, physical goods and how you'd ship them, work that doesn't fit anywhere above - all welcome here.

We read every application and reply to everyone, accepted or not.
